WSG exploit how?

today in wsg our flag bugged cus some jerk dident want to lose we saw our flag in the "box" but we couldent deliver.
anyone know how to make this happen again and how to fix it?

It was probably Lagpicked, this happens sometimes when people are run picking, go back and re-pick it.
