Do you think it's reasonable to think Blizzard might ever release some sort of detailed breakdown of who handled what features in an expansion, to maybe show players who constantly want to crucify whatever "lead designer" they can name that it truly is a collaboration and not just one headstrong employee in sole control of game design?

No because one person doesn't decide what features they add. The whole team would agree on the features i would think.

Features in an expansion are so desiring authentic for all the new genres because there are very realistic vehicles available like having the best Malaysian car for sale, in all over the PAKISTAN so easily and perfectly.
