[HELP] Item that grants XP or a Level.

Greetings fellow members,

I'll quickly present myself and explain my problem;
I'm Soldan, a WoW Model Editor, Customizer, etc. I work on Spanish WoW server with SQL, DBC, MPQ, .ADT, the whole lot more or less.

I decided to start a server with a friend, and this may sound quite pathetic and stupid, but seeing as when I started to learn how to customize WoW, I jumped in at the deep-end and left some very basic things behind...

Basically, I want to know if someone could help me with an Item that, using it, grants 1 level or a certain amount of XP. I've looked through spells, couldn't find a spell that would level-up, I tried to set the quest XP reward to a certain amount, but It doesn't seem to give me any at all, or it will give me 50xp. Oh, I forgot to mention, my idea is to have a quest at level 20 that is of an auto-complete nature, and gives you, either 119900XP or 5 levels (from 20-25) considering that my Quest Rates are currently standing at 20x. I have everything else done and dusted apart from the XP reward. Any help would be really appreciated!
