do you mean Aegis of the Scarlet Commander?? i just checked that one and its not it, i think its a recolored green that you get around lvl 50.

most of the the armor is the plate armor you got form killing the undead mobs during The Invasion of the Scourge that took place during the Naxxramas opening which has +AP to undead mobs

(well this was the original (i believe) version of the armor i had not seen it before the invasion but I am sure the set has been used on other items in TBC)

not sure about the shoulders and boots but they look kind of generic
