Blizzard removes gold restrictions on character transfers

News from blizzard removing the gold restriction on character transfers. So you can move a goldcap with a level 10 character! Looks like it was changed 3 hours ago from posting this and seems to work from tests on NA!

How do we think this will impact the economy? I like this change personally!

probably not a whole lot, since region wide AH already let people transfer gold easily cross-realm
