Change name on account?

Hi there!

A long ways back a friend of mine wanted to get me back into WoW so he gifted me an old account he had laying around. Since then I've been using it but have recently become concerned about losing the account if it were compromised. I no longer have contact with the friend as this was back in 2011. Is there any good methods currently for getting the last name changed on a battlenet account?

Sadly only done through illegal document forgeries, which is not something that's allowed on this site. Sorry ^^
