Cheapest region to play in on EU servers nowadays

Yo,

I've used to use Russian battle.net for like a decade to play around with regional pricing. Due to the political situation it became unuseable, there was no way to pay in rubles so I had to switch back to Hungary... Is there any better region to register a new b.net? Also is there any country change service or potential exploit to change country?

I've checked turkey, its not that bad as paying in euros but a sub still costs 8.2EUR there. any better?
