    The announcement being that only gold Guild groups were allowed.

    Yes. There was an announcement recently that "boosting communities" that are not in the same Guild are basically not allowed anymore. I am wondering if anyone has RMT'd a KSM boost since the announcement. I'm guessing you're not going to be getting people that are in the same guild and just random strangers.
