Account Scamming - Need help?

Hi. I've scammed multiple accounts and I was wondering if members of MMOwned could help me?

I hack the accounts and change their password and email address, etc. They always manage to reclaim the account after a while, but I can claim the account if people can help me.

All I need is for a Danish and/or Romanian person to supply me 1 photograph of their ID and 1 photograhp of an ID with them next to it.

I edit the names and details on the ID card to suit the account owner so that I fool blizzard into thinking I am the original owner.

I know its a lot to ask, and I dont know anyone who will reply to this, but if you do help, i can permenantly claim two level 70 accounts, and I'd help a fellow member out too if they were in that situation
