AntiAFK in Retail?

Im assuming AHK is detected even with randomization/humanization, whats everyone using nowadays to anti-afk for camping stuff ingame?

set up like 3 or 4 macros on ur keyboard. set them for different times. have them jump or move forward or back or whatever. set them all to the same button and run until the button is pressed a second time.

or just log out, cause like honestly whats the point of anti afk for retail lol

Interested in a solution for this as well. It would be nice if it did not involve a macro-storing keyboard or mouse.
