Does Battlenet have IP and Hardware ID tracking?

since 3 days i cant login into my battlenet account it says: too many attempts

what i tried: open 2 tickets 2 days ago an one yesterday evening

what i tried:

router reset multiple times
new mac adress
new ip adress
changed hwardware id of C and D
all my 3 different PCS
tried on my phone with home interent and interent from another wlan
tried multiple accounts to create on multiple PCS phones and different wlan

always: too many login attempts

my sister loged in in my battlenet account from here home it worked but: all my tickets got deleted
i didnt reviced any email

accountstatus: no where it says that im banned (sisters home) it says wowaccount active and so on

what i did: i tried an hearthstone bot but it didnt worked.

someone know what to do here?

Blizzard collects far more than just your hardware and IP.
Sounds like a device problem.
