What to do with your scammed account?

Ok I've seen a couple threads about what to do with your scammed accounts but they didn't fit from what I'm looking for.

I've used the Phishing site technique yesterday and today and have collected like 15 accounts. Some with all the info, some with only username and password and some with SQ and emailadresses.
I even hacked someones hotmail (the dumbass gave all his info except his accountname:S) but I don't know his Accountname.

But I encounter a problem:

How do you exactly make the account so that they can't login anymore and they can't get it back with the secret question?

So in order, I can login to all those account and I can change the password but that won't be enough because of the secret question thingy.

Phishing is good to start, only the most retarded persons fill in the whole form.
Trade scams are da gods ^^ i'd say keep on practicing! good luck.
