PVP island matchmaking rules? Queue against yourself with multiboxing?

Is anyone aware of what rules Blizzard uses for pvp island matchmaking? So far I know that

- Teams must be opposite faction. You can not queue a same faction match regardless of Mercenary mode

- You can't queue against yourself under the same Battle.net account. I tried my horde main +2 friends vs 3 of my RAF accounts on alliance characters (all under one bnet account). The queue never popped horde side.

So, would it be possible to circumvent this by having the alliance characters be on totally separate bnet acounts? Is this enough separation for the system?
