WoW BG Problems

Okay so I'm on my warlock and I want to go to EotS but every time I do, I don't get the horde symbol, am I glitched or something? This doesn't work with WSG also. Here are some screenshots about what I mean :

Happens to me too, you'll have to click Join Battle a several times before the symbol appears. I tho it was only happening to me, but I guess not.
