    Help with script for addon!

Hi, I currently have a addon with a bunch of scripts from when I was playing years ago. I have updated most to work well.
I am havng trouble tracking down two scripts I would like to put into my addon.
The first one being the spellsteal glowing boarder. I would like a script that shows this for all characters. Similar to this image I found: Imgur: The magic of the Internet

The second script I need help with is moving the default arena frame trinket tracker to the right hand side of the frames and resizing just the trinket.

If anyone can help me out and post the working scripts for me to put in my addon please post it here
