Character Transfer between different accounts with different names.

Hey there people i need help your help i want to move a character to my brothers account i have no idea how to do so any help will be appreciated.

If he's your brother, you should share a surname, so you can just transfer between them normally.

I can confirm what Ms Smitten said, you can do it. The only limitation is that both accounts have to have the same surname.

Will i have to make a ticket to blizz and say hes my son or something sorry if i sound noobish never done this before.

You should be able to select the option to Transfer it to a different account, then type his account email and pay as normal.

Impossible without breaking the law.

Just ask blizz to change your account info lol. Just did it today.
If they refuse then create middle account, buy bfa, transfer char there, wait few weeks (better not to log in to transferred char), then ask support to change the info. They should change it because the name on credit card is yours.
