Have username and password, how do I successfully scam this acc?

Long story short, I haven't played wow in 6 months. I installed it today just to screw around with some friends and i still had a .txt with a bunch of login info from my old guildies and in game friends who i traded accounts with temporarily. none of them worked except one, a shaman. I was amazed at what i found... full tier 6, 4/5 S3 gear and BT/hyjal epics. This guy probably had every epic in the game for his class. 120 days played since when the expasnion came out (it was a draenei shaman). And i had the info. I know his email but not his password and i know what his last name is. How do i successfully scam this account so the char is mine?

you need to change his email to yours then you can change all the info and then go retrive password log-in with that one that was sent to you then change it you have his account

To reduce chances of the account getting recalled, you could even buy a whole new blank WoW + BC and register it with the same name as him, then transfer the character over that account.. but that's only if you have 50 bucks layin around.
