Question about boosting services

First I want to apologize. I did not see a place which seems proper to post this thread, so I posted it here. In case it is wrong, I am very sorry.

Now to my boosting service question. Is there a boosting service out there that uses your own computer as a VPN location ( sorry if the terminology is wrong), so that they are "Located" at the same position as you?

Hey, I am not sure if you understand me correctly. I mean VPNing directly on my computer. This would mean that I had to leave my computer running and have some sort of program running on it to do this. I never saw this before. What you see all the time is like same countr Ip or same city.
