[Help] Help my graphic card is acting wierd

I just go a new graphic card and when i play wow it only give me 15 fps when i already have that as my old graphic card. I disable the other one. Can someone help me?? Here goes my information:

Geforce Fx 5200 256mb (Direct 9.0 is install)
2.20 Ghz
2 gig ram

fx5200 isnt a very good graphics card for wow, its terrible in fact.

your going to have to live with it unless you get another card, for the meantime.

LOWER ALL VIDEO SETTINGS
and put the lowest video resolution that is still playable.

tell me what country your in, and your budget and ill find you a card that you can buy.

Well i just found out something O.o... I did this regi key and now my fps is up to 45-60 fps That is Amazing!!!
