Advise to get a wrongly accused account unbanned

My account got a 6 month suspension, because of using unauthorised 3rd party software.
Fact is, i have never used any botting or any other program to influence my gameplay. And last time i bought gold, was in the time we were hugging panda's, years ago.
So i have really no clue, why i got this suspension.

After several attempts to contact a GM about it (they just keep repeating themselves with no information and close the ticket), i finally managed to get a webchat session with an GM.
Although he didn't say much about the case, he hinted something about using cloud gaming is also beeing seen as 3rd party software, and then he closed the webchat.

As i never have used any cloud gaming services, i DID play a bit with nVidia Shadowplay (software bundled with GeForce experiance) and playing remotely on my big TV in living room, using my nVidia Shield TV device.
I cannot imagine that this would be bannable, but it's the only thing i did different compared to all other years of WoW gaming.

As creating tickets seems a waste of time (they keep closing it), webchat GM's have no clue what's all about.. Any other idea to convince Blizzard to look into my case again, and convince them that nVidia Shadowplay is not to be compared to cloud gaming services ?

Go up the ladder. Ask to speak to supervisors until you stop getting Copy and pasted messages from GM's. no guarantee you will get your account back but it will give you a better shot.

i had to get my hots account unbanned from using it with the nvidia tv when i bought it at bestbuy. literally was banned the next day for 3rd party apps. as i recall this happened to a lot of people on hots

they changed the tos so any streaming and playing from a "cloud based device" is bannable even if its in your own house. however, the nvidia tv was supposed to be safe for hots so mine go unbanned

lol, I did not know that they changed TOS I have using geforce now for 3 months and auto keyboard presser for afk farming boe ( at the beginning bfa ) 0 ban

i did further research and from what i can see as long as it is local and doesnt go thru a streaming dns like the shield does then you are fine, steam box is safe from what ive found, most other servers that do go thru a dns will flag... which now it shows blizzard is tracking more than just whats going on in the game.

also this doesnt affect eu... only us and china from what i can see

So now you know your lesson not to use third party apps or use bots. Don't think it's possible to get your account back if they don't notice you. Maybe wait for some days to see if they reply.

They banned me (originally) for RWTing. The reason doesn't usually reflect what the ban description is; obviously I was exploiting and not RWTing

Yeah I'm aware that the ban description is often not related to the actual reason. But in this case they definitely did think I was botting as the teleport test isn't really much use for anything else.

I have been trying so hard to recover my banned account for a long time, but there is no use in it. Still now i cant able to recover my account. I hope this method might help me to get my account back.
