Honestly, unless you have something like Scarab title/mount or the Corrupted Ashbringer, I doubt people would pay much.
You can farm shit, lvling is a joke so the account would have to have something unobtainable, uber rare to be worth something... Just MY opinion based on the sentimental/rare stuff, some goblins may have a better view.
A tip for you: list some cool achivements? Some Feasts of Strength that are still cool, not "killed lv60 Onyxia" stuff Ωlul.
