Hi there guys and girls..

I was in the scam section wondering so often why some people got banned on something that wasen't banable where I play..

Okay, here's the funny part:

U.S. relam scam policy:

Scamming another Player

This category includes:

• Acquiring items or any other "possessions" from another player through misinformation, confusion, or fraud (Scamming)

If a player is found to have perpetrated a scam, he/she may:

• Be temporarily suspended from the game

IMPORTANT

• Repeatedly violating any area of the Terms of Use (ToU), including the area detailed above, will often result in temporary suspension from the game.

E.U. relam scam policy:
Scamming another Player

We define 2 types of scam: an in-game scam and an out-of-game scam.

The in-game scam:

A scam in-game is acquiring items or any other property (though all data on the World of Warcraft service is the property of Blizzard Entertainment, we use the term “property” to describe characters, items, and in-game currency) from another player through misinformation, confusion or fraud (Scamming). In short, using any sort of deception to gain at another’s expense.

Example:
Trying to get an item from another player by claiming he will get it back with an enchantment
We do not want to encourage players to use this kind of roleplay in-game scam but we consider them as part of the game mechanics. So we will not take actions in those cases and we invite the players to be very cautious with their items. In short, don’t give items to players that you don’t know! However, if this kind of behavior is found to be systematic from a particular individual, we will investigate further to determine what course of action should be taken.
We encourage everyone to read our FAQ in order to avoid scams. Due to many variables involved with item reimbursement and types of scams, item reimbursement will not be granted in the case of in-game scams.

So what can we say? EU PLAYERS ARE ABLE SO SCAM WITHOUT GETTING PWNED LIKE THE US PLAYERS.. kek? ^^

We don't a warn or anything for an COD item..
Many ppl reported my alt..

When they talk to a gm, the gl will say; "Sorry I can't help you with that. You have to be more carefully. Try have a look at ** url **"
