20lvl and i though its was like 40bucks even less where can i sell it?

I would imagine if you sold it to a reseller you'd be lucky to get around 80 euros for it, perhaps a little more if sold directly to another player.

I'd do playerauctions, you're just going to get lowballed here unless you wait for the right buyer.
