That is JAVASCRIPT , i think its real but the chance if getting it is 1%, the 99% is Virus/Keyloggers/Adwares or Malwares

It isn't real. The only way a program like that would work is by brute force, and if your acct name and password are strong enough it will never work.

Just to prove it, I will post my acct name here for all to see and I will still have my acct at the end of the decade.

Also, blizzard will ban your IP if you bruteforce their page. and most likley report you to your ISP.
they will see it as DDOS. which is illegal i think
