Hello everyone, I'm a new member , and hope to contribute more to the community in the long run, and need some help regarding my account.
Back in August, I sold my WoW account to someone over the internet. The person paid, I coughed up the information, including the Account Name, Password, Secret Question and Answer, Email Address, etc.
I have taken a nice long healthy break from WoW and am ready to return, as all of my friends have just gotten back into the game.
I noticed that the person I have sold it to appears to not have done anything with my account, other than let it set, as the characters in the armory have had no updates since the date I sold it.
I sent emails regarding my interest to the buyer, and have received no reply. Now, I would be more than willing to refund my money to this person so I could retrieve my account. However, I am unsure on how to do this because I am unable to contact the person.
I know all of the original account information, authentication keys, addresses, passwords, phone numbers, etc, etc, but I just don't know where to begin.
Should I call up Blizzard? Email them? Keep trying to reach the buyer?
I would really like to get my account back,
Thanks in advance![]()
