Darkmoon Cards hotfix / buff

Fixed an issue where Darkmoon Deck: Blockades was providing far less Stamina and Health than intended.
Fixed an issue where Darkmoon Deck: Squalls was dealing less damage than intended. Its effective damage has been increased by approximately 300%.
Fixed an issue where Darkmoon Deck: Fathoms would not trigger for Marksmanship or Beast Mastery hunters.
Reduced the damage of Darkmoon Deck: Fathoms by 9%.

Time to flip some Squalls Decks and Cards ;-)

I was wondering why squalls prices dipped so fast. They were going for 55k just a few hours ago now at 175k on my server lol...

This is a long time coming, some of those decks were absolute trash. On my server Squalls/Blockades/Tides were about 100k whereas Fathoms was at about 500k. Now they are roughly equal (with Tides still being around 100k and the other 3 hovering around 300k).
