System Requirements for Battle for Azeroth

I'm a bit new to graphic cards. The min system requirement for BFA is listed as

NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 560 2GB or
AMD™ Radeon™ HD 7850 2GB or
Intel® HD Graphics 530 (45W TDP)

I'm planning to upgrade my system. But a bit confused as to what to use

1. According to Passmark rating, HD Graphics 530 should be much lower grade than geForce GX560. Why we need a higher end dedicated graphic card but only a lower-end integrated chip is enough?

2. Exactly which one is 45W TDP?

Based on the official page (World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth System Requirements - Blizzard Support) it looks like they've done it per series.

It's an assumption but theres no reasoning as to why; it just looks like the lowest Nvidia that will run WoW (not factually, but according to Blizzard) is the NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 560 2GB etc, and likewise with AMD and Intel. Except with Intel you need more dedicated RAM as it has less VRAM.

The Intel Chipset supports DX12 and is much newer, but lacks VRAM. It's most likely this reason why it's considered good enough: newer drivers, better optimization etc. It's also because it's a notebook GPU, the others aren't.
