Best horde PVP server?

Hello!
I'm gonna PCT my warlock, and I want to go to a server with <2 min queues and were horde ALWAYS win. Looking for a EU PVP server so you know.
Hope you can answer how long the queues of your recommended server are and approx % how often you win.

if you start up a lvl 1 horde, and it reaches lvl 70, conditions might've changed, horde might not win everytime anymore.

Seriously, it's a simple question. If you don't think that there is servers which are better than others for horde PVP then I don't know what to say..
What term do you want me to use for you to hand me an answer? Better then most others? Where hordies wins 50% + of the BG's?
