Interesting bug with Starlight Beacon

Starlight Beacon is a reward from an Archaeology quest. You can use it to outline a small area and it will activate a star field that you can fly in. It looks neat, and can be useful as an extra boost to reach ledges. Every once and a while though I can get the flying buff to stay active after I move outside of the field. The field only lasts 20-30 seconds, but when this happens I can keep flying with the buff wherever I want for at least a couple minutes. I can cast spells, hit people with focusing lenses, and I look like a celestial. It's great!

But I'm not sure how to recreate it. I didn't post this in Exploits because I can't reliably reproduce the bug; if it's even a bug. It's happened to me at least 4 times now.

It happened a few minutes ago which inspired me to make this thread. I don't see any mention of this item when I search for it. Last time I did it while inside the last bubble from The Magic of Flight world quest. Some hunter happened to be in the bubble with me when I drew the field and we both were able to fly right out of the bubble and over to the quest item. I didn't lose the flight buff until I tried attacking some mobs below, but that might have been a coincidence.

You could try to use Lag7 to fly out of the field.
