    please anyone and i mean anyone help me

    ok so ive been trying to get my server up for awhile now and i know alot of people have made theirs easy but for me not so good it seems to be that im only stuck one part adn thats with mysql cause it keeps saying my firewall is blocking it but the onyl firewall i have is my windows firewall and ive already opened port 3306 in it but still nothing so could someone with some exp. please help me i really wannt to have my own server
