Paypal Question

I have 57 Dollars worth on MMOINN and I can cash out to my Paypal.

I wish to use 25 of it to buy a Glider.

What I want to know is whether or not I need a verified paypal account to complete the transaction. I can't verify my account so I would like to know if I should keep the money on the site where I can buy gamecards, or whether it is ok to cash out and buy a glider.

well, nope you dont .... Well im unactivated my fathers account how can Im get it up agean .... Im got my own user at paypal.... please help me how do Im getting credit card back... im was using VISA...
