What does this mean? Am I Banned or Suspended??

When I try to log into wow It says

"This account is now closed and no longer available for use. Please visit www.bablablablabla.com.eu/banned for mroe information"

But when I go onto account management it says

"This account has been temporarily suspended".

Does this mean I am banned and can no longer play on my characters or am I just suspended?

Btw Still waiting ages for blizzard to reply as they got my email mixed up so thought if any of you could lift my spirits onto if I have a chance of playing on my same characters after what above is said.

Well I had a friend come over because he plays the same account as me but mainly runs around doing nothing getting used to the game. I also let him make characters that he wants to play on but so long as he doesn't mess my main characters up. So im down sairs watching t.v. and I come up and hes on this character called something like "Eublizard". I scrolled up on chat as I had loads of /w coming in saying "As if" etc.... and he had said to /1 general /2 trade /4 LookingForGroup and /5 Guild Recruitment something like

"Free gold free gold If you /w me Your Account "name" and "Password" Visit www.>Something_like_"Freegold".com.

I then quickly logged off deleted the char and fainted. (not fainted really).

about 24 hours later I cant get on and visit my mail box to have found I havnt updated my email so info was sent to wrong thing. I last logged off after a ZG raid on saturday 28th october and then came back 2 hours later and the message popped up as shown above. I still can't get on and its sunday 16:15 England time.

Think this is ban or suspended? Because I havn't got anyones account details or anything.

The first crime ever commited on my account and ive got 2 lvl 60s and random other 13 characters inc twinks.

I have been playing sinse the first month it came out.

My suggestion is that if you cant figure it out, call Blizzard. Tell the story, and see what they say. They will look up your account, and tell you if it is banned, or if it is just suspended. Unfortunatly, if its banned, you wont be getting your 60's back, which kind of sucks. Go kick your friend in the nuts.

BTW, and you're all wanna-bes. Rip off my color posting...

Im just wondering.... They can't delete your accoutn and characters when they have put on your account information page that your only temporarily suspended can they? They can't say you temporarily suspended then banned can they? I have taken a print screen any.......... as if it would help hehe. Probably not but oh well. It's now tuesday 14:22 England Time and still no email from Blizzard. Why are they SOOOO bad at replying to people in short time? I sent them 4 emails=O how many more do they want??? They want another page of sorries? Not that I sais sorry^^. Anyways. I have a slight feeling it isn't banned and that it is just suspended. I have a feeling I will be allowed on tonight at 9:00pm English time seeing as for a serious crime it's somehting like 74 hours suspension. Oh I do hope it is this. And btw if anyone has any problems inside wow I may be able to help seeing as I have spent HUNDREDS of punds on finding things out and improving my comp so im pretty good at it now.
