Bought WoW Account, how to transfer Chars off of it?

When buying an account and one wants to transfer chars off of it, I have seen that the acc one wants to transfer To needs the same acc details as the one with the transferable chars.

So how to do this with a newly purchased account? I want to split the chars - one on each new b-net account

Make two new battle.net accounts ensuring the name on the accounts are the same as the one you have just bought. You also need to make sure that the new battle.nets have the same level of expansion. If you have level 100 then you must have up to and including Warlords of Draenor expansion. Then char transfer to (pick different realm, different account, different realm and account) will cost you £17.00 per transfer (UK)

that is the issue, how can I see the full account details of the account including birthday? or do I Only need the full name that is displayed and nothing else to be the same?

Well. You should have gotten that information when you bought the account?

Pretty sure its just the same second name needed, the rest of the details are irrelevant.

You can find full name in the transaction history then click on any transaction and the full name will be at the bottom. I can't remember ever worrying about the date of birth of any account I have bought. But then I always ensure I get copy of id aswell. Otherwise I just don't buy it.

Only the lastname needs to the same, as you need to be in 'family'
