Wait rephrase this. Do you mean if you scam an account pretending to give 200 bucks?

I'm not sure, it is a virtual item... so...
Look at your post, now back to mine; Now back to your post, now back to mine. Sadly, it isn't mine, but if you stopped trolling and started posting legitimate content, it could look like mine. Look down, backup, where are you? You're scrolling through threads, reading the post your post could look like. What did you post? Back at mine; It's a reply saying something you want to hear. Look again and the reply is now diamonds.

it's illegal. IMO. Not completely sure, but you are saying you're giving something which you're not and he is paying for it. So, yes it is illegal.

    Re: Paypal scam

it is called paypal controls paypal money not the people that put it in there...basicly the dude can do a charge back and depending on a few factors he may or may not get it back. what i suggest doing is getting that money the hell out of the account....unless you have it attached to a valid cc and bank account.....then its kinda like the waiting game you leave it there for 30 days after which he cant do shit....if you can transfer the money to another account or you can withdraw it or what have you and ther eis no attached cc or bank account DO IT...if he does file a charge back and wins all it will do is leave a negative balance in the account and there aint shit paypal can do about it....paypal wont lose out though...they just wont pay the guy back...and thats the end of it....worst case is any time a claim is disputed your registration information swapped so they get your registered phone # and addy....ah well good luck thats my advice from a seasoned ebayer / paypaller....in all honesty paypal is a last resort in my book.

SpikeeeN makes a good point there, because you don't own a WoW account (Blizzard does).
On Blizzards point of view, you are only renting the WoW account from Blizz.
If you were to try and sell your account information, then you would be selling something that doesn't belong to you in the first place.

Cutting a long story short, Blizzard has our butts covered from jail time.
