Hi everyone, Team SASA has created another fitness routines for World of Warcraft! Our Normal routine is an entry-level difficulty and is designed for QUESTING.

All the feedback from the GARRISON (WoW Garrison WORKOUT!) routine helped us greatly improve on this routine! If you have any feedback on this routine, feel free to comment here or PM me, as it will continue to help us create better routines in the future.
Next up, will be another QUESTING routine that will surely challenge even the strongest heroes! As well as routines for DUNGEONS/RAIDING. If you have any suggestions please, let us know. We would be glad to hear them.

Accept Quest - Jump Squat
Complete Quests - Push-ups, Ball Sit-ups and Pull-ups. If you have don’t have a Pull-up bar then you can do Table Pull-ups but first make sure that your table is sturdy. If you have difficulty with Pull-ups, then you can do a Negative Pull-ups. A Negative Pull-up is when you hold the peak of your Pull-up for as long as you can and descend as slow as possible.
Non-combat Short Action Bar - Stand up into a Calf Raise
Long Action Bar - Lean back on the ball
Death - Grab ball and run to the other side of the room
Public Transportation - Jumping Jacks then Bobble Squats
Cut scene - Hold Legs Out
Load Screen - 3 Jump Squats
Level Up - Dance and Bow
