    WoW Questing WORKOUT!

    Hi everyone, Team SASA has created another fitness routines for World of Warcraft! Our Normal routine is an entry-level difficulty and is designed for QUESTING.

    We thank you for watching and hope you enjoyed the videos. Every routine is created in an effort to aid those who they may benefit. If you would like to help us reach them, we would greatly appreciate it!

    All the feedback from the GARRISON (WoW Garrison WORKOUT!) routine helped us greatly improve on this routine! If you have any feedback on this routine, feel free to comment here or PM me, as it will continue to help us create better routines in the future.

    Next up, will be another QUESTING routine that will surely challenge even the strongest heroes! As well as routines for DUNGEONS/RAIDING. If you have any suggestions please, let us know. We would be glad to hear them.


    TEXT FORMAT - Thanks sed-
    Accept Quest - Jump Squat
    Complete Quests - Push-ups, Ball Sit-ups and Pull-ups. If you have don’t have a Pull-up bar then you can do Table Pull-ups but first make sure that your table is sturdy. If you have difficulty with Pull-ups, then you can do a Negative Pull-ups. A Negative Pull-up is when you hold the peak of your Pull-up for as long as you can and descend as slow as possible.
    Non-combat Short Action Bar - Stand up into a Calf Raise
    Long Action Bar - Lean back on the ball
    Death - Grab ball and run to the other side of the room
    Public Transportation - Jumping Jacks then Bobble Squats
    Cut scene - Hold Legs Out
    Load Screen - 3 Jump Squats
    Level Up - Dance and Bow

    good video but i would recommend posting the recap of what to do via questing ect in the thread as well so after they watched this video here can just copy/paste it some place or w/e because some people are to lazy to copy/paste youtube link to just see the recap via description. other than that good video and just keep them light as a lot of these things you suggesting will be done very repetitive and for such keep making videos with this in mind.

    also for all the trolls out there and little kids i will minus rep anyone that doesnt have actually feedback and/or post to troll

    Thank you very much. I am not sure why we posted the routine in text format in the past but that is a great idea. That's gonna be standard from now on. I really appreciate it.

    np i like what you are trying to do and i can see you believe strongly in it so ill try to help with feedback to help grow . Also another thing you can do once you get a routine down in the future you could advance into live streaming few hours a day or so with of course your routine in the description so other people can do them with you as you play so it would be like a digital interactive work out .

    You rock, dude. We are very passionate about this. And we both know it begs to be eaten alive on the internet. So we are glad to have your support. We are currently working on a bunch of stuff but live streaming the routine on something like twitch is definitely a high priority of ours because. Just working on a getting a solid schedule and making graphics for the account and that will be the our next step. It's been requested in the past, still trying to work it in. I would love to stream, that actually sounds like a lot of fun and a great opportunity for direct feedback.
