It has no lvl requirment but it's the same speed as walking :P

I was doing model editing to turn mounts into that turtle, problem i came across was the texture for mouths/eyes was alll screwed up... so I stopped....

woulda been cool for my friend his characters name is "murtle" so he coulda been murtle the turtle =) (he has one of those pet turtles and polymorph turtle so it woulda been funny lol...)
