Yeah probably, I was just coming back to edit it lol. I don't tend to valor cap in one sitting, it probably takes me an hour or so every week.

My suggestion is to make your own group and not to wait for one, then set the min ilvl to ~570, or whatever your exact ilvl is. While higher ilvl ofc doesn't mean more skill, 95% of they can at least pull good numbers resulting in faster runs.

Well that sucks. Especially considering, they've haven't gotten rid of any other legendaries to my knowledge.

But it makes sense, since it will probably be too easy to get when we're all level 100. (Then again - that also applies to all the other past expansion legendaries).

As long as you have the actual quest, at any point- you're fine.

They are removing the initial quest for the quest line, if you're already on it, you'll be able to finish it whenever. Gaze of the Black Prince is also staying until 6.0 drops.

Incorrect, you will not be able to finish it whenever. You have until November 13th to complete it in it's entirety. Also, if you want the title that comes with the completion in WoD (after it becomes a FoS) you also need to finish the last part of the quest which is to kill Garrosh before November the 13th.

Blue Post: "Players that are already on the Legendary Cloak quest line have until November 13 to complete Wrathion's tasks and challenges. Once Warlords of Draenor launches, the Legendary Cloak quest line will be gone entirely—the quests and the cloak will no longer be obtainable, and any related in-progress quests will be cleared from the quest log."
