Getting account name changed.

hey MMOwned.
I have 2 account right now, one in my name, and one in a friends name.
He moved to Europe recently, so he gave me the account. Is there anyway I can get the last name changed on the account so I can move his 70 to my account?

Not even if he was to ring up and say he gave me all the stuff in real life? It says in the EULA you can hand over the account stuff to someone else..

True...Some of the other contacts on the account can be changed but not the name

them locking in last name prevents people from selling just 2 toon at a time over the internet. dunno how it helps though becuse people still sell their toons all the time, just accounts as a whole
