Yes, you still can be banned.

The simplest answer - send howmany mails you like to, but with COD option ONLY!
I earned solid Abuse of Economy ban, and lost a Scarab Lord account in the past, after it received 20-30 mails with raw materials from the default Profession Buddy 1-600 Mining+Herb profile on a character from different wow license, inside the same battle.net account.
Xjsnowx I think using another Bnet account for the bots, ain't changing much because they still send the mails to your main (other Bnet account), meaning your main WoW account is still involved.
With that said, all of the accounts are included in the "fraud" and possibly all of them could be banned, no matter there were no bots running on the "main" Bnet account (where your main WoW license is).
Either use Cecu's advice or make a guild where you will post all of those raw materials in and then just withdraw them with the account you need them on.
I think the 2nd option is more secure, though I can't guarantee you that, but either way any of the 2 are still better than the way you're doing it atm (with all due respect)
Cheers!
It takes them no time at all to check logs of a bots mail to see where it is all going. Oh, that account is on the same IP as the bots are and everything is being siphoned to that account, weird. It comes down to common sense, if you dont want any chance of having your main account banned, don't associate with the bot accounts at all. leave them completely separated.
When the bugged herb dupe banwave was happening, I had two accounts, one never remotely performed the dupe, and the other was a duping fool. Both were banned, because I mailed some of the duped decks to the clean account. Never even took them out of the mailbox, either. Just because the mail was sent and I was on the same IP was enough of a reason, perma-closed.
If you want a way around it and want to use a tinfoil hat, have your bot put up auctions on AH, have a friend buy them, trade them to you or use a guild bank.
