Question about removing wow liscense from Bnet

Ok so I got the max amount of accounts on my b.net. I recently moved 3 accounts to another same named b.net to make space and bought 3 new accounts to merge them to my b.net (achievement hunter).

Now I am at the max again. Those 3 new merged accounts got banned a few days after the merge (i don't care really). However here my question, one of those 3 I got because it was a vanilla collector edition (so i could get the achievements and pets on my main account).

Now I want to buy 3 more accounts to merge... IF I contact blizz again to remove 3 more accounts (the 3 banned ones) to my other b.net. Will I keep the pets and achievements on my main account ?

Also will blizz think something is funky by removing, adding so many accounts, especially banned ones ? Is it allowed, can they say or do something negative ? (don't want to awaken a sleeping dog)

Did it cost you anything to switch them to another account?

Im pretty sure transfering the actual license between accounts is free, Char on the other hand im not so sure about? - I might be totally wrong here but just my 2 cents.

I did it as said before with 3 accounts and the chars on the accounts moved free of any charge to the new bnet account... but that's not any of my two questions

So I just got done talking to a gm using the chat popup...
I was told that I could not transfer banned licenses off of my account because for record-keeping purposes they needed them to stay on the battle.net account where the ban occurred

So... hell if I know! She wouldn't let me try and find out if the mounts/pets/achievements etc would stay.

I am 99% sure the collector edition stuff will vanish just like store items if you/they removes the license from your account.
I tested this year ago with some collector edition pets in my pocket and after the transfer they were gone.

Sorry for asking this but How can you move a wow account from battle.net to other one?
