Change server with PCT on CD?

Hi there, I was scammed on my account. And the scammer moved away my character to a different PVP server.

I have mailed with blizzard and they say that i cant change back cause it is my problem to keep my account safe.

But i got this little idea and i wonder if it might work?
If i delete my char (By misstake to GM's) And someone of my friends accounts make a char on the server i'm on right now with the name i had on the char i deleted. Then when the GM revives it i have to change nickname. Do you think it can work to get the PCT CD removed when a new nick cames to place?

Wtf is pct cd?

PCT is Paid Character Transfer and if it's used it has a 3 months long cooldown = CD :] Hope that explains it if you didnt get it

Can't see why this would work, no. You will only get forced to change your name before you can log in again.
