Main account perma banned NEED HELP WILL TIP $ or game time!!

I've got my main account banned second time and it's permanent they won't remove ban after appealing. The good thing is that I've changed my living place one time but it was long time ago maybe I can appeal that account was stolen or so ? I have ID and everything. Help! Will tip $ paypal/moneybookers or will gift game time who helps me to get out of ban!

Not true. Regardless of what they say / don't say, you should never give up. I've seen lots of such replies with the account ending up unbanned.
