I got banned, now what.. :(

Hello guys, just woke up this morning with a beatifull sunshine, and all of a sudden, puff, BAN god damnit.. Best thing is that that is my main account lol, reason is (or what i think it is) putting up unfreeze code on my account, and not by porpouse, i just bought gametime for gold IG and he gave me unfreeze code.. If anyone wants to help me, god bless him. Best regards.

How many unfreeze code you used? Because i never heard that someone got banned for using it.
I, myself, used 4 or 5 times that kind of codes and i never had any problem.
I think you were not banned because of the unfreeze code but because you sold the gold for a code.

if you gave more information than it'd be welcome, but do try to appeal. If you were automated banned for selling gold just make any type of appeal. ( I honestly was perma banned 8 times automated for selling gold, and I got unbanned everytime). The only bans I count as a true death sentence are if you've gotten caught hacking/botting on your second offense.

I bought a "gametime" (unfreeze) like 2 days ago, and guy gave me 2x unfreeze (what supposed to be 60 days gameitme), next day i found out that it was unfreeze, so I tried to buy real gamecard this time, and i got unfreeze again, after few hours, ban.

Wait, so you got the "unfreeze" code from someone that was going to sell you a game card, right? Then you noticed you had 60 day on your account and decided not to buy the game card... am I reading this right?

If this is how it happened, it sounds like you were also gaming the guys that sold the game cards for money. The unfreeze codes are usually temp bought game codes than have their transactions reversed on the credit card thus they only last maybe 24 hrs and are removed. Blizz does not like this, but it happens.

So, you go your merry way thinking you got 60 days, then you login tomorrow and realize it's gone, so you relent to actually legitimately get a game time card now, but you need another unfreeze. So, within say a 24hr period you had 2 unfreezes, or 2 reversed transactions on your account.

Remember, reversed transactions only affect the retailer, or Blizzard, and businesses HATE reversed transactions. They could've just gotten pissed you did this 2 days in a row and banned you.

Simple solution is to just say you bought a game code then it worked only for a day, you complained to the company you bought it from so they gave you a 2nd code, which again failed, so they gave you a real card which worked. You have to make yourself out to be the innocent victim that has been taken advantage of by this online retailer.

Other than that, if my assumed story of events based on what you said is true, this whole scenario is kind of your fault. Unfreeze codes already draw unnecessary attention to your account. 2 of them back to back is just bad, really really bad. I am not surprised about a ban.

Using unfreeze codes like that really piss blizzard off, I've never heard of someone being banned from it before but tbh sounds like you just got a pissed of GM/Billing Rep. Just either pay $10/month for a 30 Day Gametime Card (msg me, a friend has some) or give blizz their $15/month

Can confirm this, unfreeze codes will get you banned, well not 100% more or less just account locked because it comes under the term account has being compromised so they ask for you to send in your ID and SQA etc then once they confirm your the Original owner they unlock it, blizzard hate these unfreeze codes as they are purchased with stolen CC.

5. The credit card owner reports the card as stolen.
6. The payment is refunded.
7. The game time is removed.
8. The account gets locked"
