any tips/tricks on gurubashi arena chest?

im trying to get the arena grand master trinket for my twink, and currently im doing the realm hopping method with friends but there always seems to be a level 40 there that is able to kill me, are there any tricks or anything to loot the chest, like using lag7 or any glitches under the map?

the best trick is to just have buddies whom are 90 and willing to help :< ,Granted you can go under teh arena to atleast die less prior to the chest spawn, you're virtually invisible
