Extreme Exploitation perma

Hey guys

I just received an email and it says "Notice of Permanent Account Suspension - Extreme Exploitation"...that's wierd because I'm not aware of anything connected with exploitation I just opened a ticket and I'm waiting for reply, so we will see anyway, my question is: Is is hard to unban this type of suspension? Is there any chance? What should I do?

As I have said... I really do not know :-/ the only 2 things I can think of are:

1.http://www.ownedcore.com/forums/worl...-pandaria.html (40k dps 490m HP pet anywhere in Pandaria) - I used this mount only a few times when it was working
2.Yesterday I transfered some mounts from server A to server B and then I said that I did it by a mistake and if there is any chance how to refund me - anyway I wouldn't consider it as an exploit

AD2. I opened the ticket because of the char. transfer, then they locked my acc and I had to send them my ID etc. and about an hour ago I got perma banned..

"Wow3 account has been permantly suspended for the involvement in economy explotation which is against the Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment: World of Warcraft Terms of Use). We take this issue very seriously and would not look to re-activate this account under any circumstances."

Ask them why. Demand an answer, thats what I did when they wouldnt tell me what I did when they banned all my account and the accounts in my guild.

Sounds to me like you uncovered a possible dupe method, or very very close to it. Thats all ican think of that would get you banned like that. Seems your action of accidently getting moutns sent to another server or some crap has something to do with a potential dupe.
