Transfer scammed Characters

Hi,
is it still so, that the confirmation e-mail for the transfer is sent to the account you're transfering to? (so this would completely work in EU: http://www.mmowned.com/forums/wow-sc...-it-legit.html )
Do I need the Secret Answer?
And how do I pay the transfer? Never did it before. Do I give them my credit card number, or what?

If you use that account that you scammed to transfer to your brand new account no.. And no you do not need it i dont think
