How to sell gold and not get banned?

I only got one account and want to start selling some of my gold. Any tips on how to do it more safely and not get banned? Whats your experience? Did you ever got in trouble for selling?

how is that safe, if they have the china buyers IP flagged, no guildbank in the world gonna help you..

Any tips on how to find a not flagged buyer? Some have a good English and its hard to tell if the business involves Chinese

I posted this in another post. Maybe it will help you too.

Create a completely new b.net account as your trader, buy the 5$ battlechest. As previously mentioned.
You send the gold from your main account to the second account. << If you get questioned by blizzard then you say that you was only send gold to your new characters you was making - the account names would be the same.
Sell the gold on the second account. << If ya get caught, the who cares? you lost 5$ but sold the gold and your main account is not effected.

I do the same when buying gold. Buy and Trade with the 2nd account and send it to the main.
The second account is doing the wrong doing, blizz wont ban the main account has it as done nothing wrong technically speaking.

Battlechest is 20$ in blizzard store, kinda expensive for a throwaway. How can you get it for 5?

Also 20$ is not expensive for a throwaway at all. Say I trade 500k to a buyer for 250$ Then I still made 230$. Not bad at all especially to a gold site, and you can get much better prices that that out there!

Most legit chinese gold buyers will use a proxy to trade with you. They often ask me region to get a similar IP. guildbanks are pretty safe, thats how ive been trading for a long time, never reprimanded.

I hate when people have tin foil hats with no proof. If you are that worried, sell it 50k at a time to a guildbank, no need to do some crazy bnet accounts.
