Can i change my realm list and play on EU servers?

i play on US Servers right now and im interested in buying an EU account so i can play on the EU servers as well. Can i just change my realm list and use my EU account and log in? Or do i need a full EU client from blizzard?

U need to go into your "WTF" folder > open Config file, then change SET locale to "enGB"

You cant play EU account on US realms, i did it earlier, had to get a 2nd US account to play US, i dont think you will need to change realmlist but you can just incase.

Yep, only problem you might run into is patches. In my old guild we were a mix of people from New Jersey, UK, Ireland and Poland. One problem that we ran into was patches. Your US client "might" download different patches at different times. I cant really remember if they get their patches before EU clients do. You could always download an EU client from *certain* websites and everything should work out fine.
