how to sell gold safely

Are there any tips you guys could give me about selling gold safely so blizzard doesn't ban me? I just sold gold recently and had my account banned, but I think I will get it back... So, for the next time I sell gold, what should I know?

Sell by AH i guess it's the safest way , He puts item on AH and you buy them.

How did you sell?

I did face to face... at first i thought it wouldnt be good for me and I asked the buyer and since it was a famous gold buyer site i believed what he said, he said that if i mailed the gold to a lvl 1 on my acc and trade it face to face with them and delete the character right after the trade I would be safe, guess not lol

I heard trading by guild bank is safe, but since i never tried it i cant tell, is that true? (and the chinese buyer wouldnt accept doing the trade by guild bank for unknown reasons)

Guild banks work aswell. I also have done a few through C.O.D. Throught the mailbox with and outdated epic.
