Looking for old in-game rendering software

I swear it was called Machinamaker but I can't find anything by that name. I would use it to turn off water, or land, or my favorite tool "set to wireframe". If anyone recognizes the program or knows of an updated/regularly updating version please let me know.

You're probably thinking of WoW Machinima Tool. It's not yet updated for MoP though (newest supported version is for 4.3.4), but the developer is working on updating it.
